Merit System for Hypertrike Moulds Access
The merit system provides a way to share resources when demand exceeds supply, for example more people wanting to use the moulds than the number of copies available. The incentive to earn merit by contributing in a positive way to the design will greatly speed up the development process. See the FAQ for context of the merit system.

factor in location (how long to ship mould vs how often it could be used in the shipping time)
bonus - for copying mould
variable merit weighting depending on changing needs of project, eg encourage mould copies or wind back by changing bonus merits for copying, say when more emphasis needed on drive train design etc.
